SIFD has experience both in working with youth and also in working on the topic of gender equality and women’s empowerment. In fact, SIFD has since 2022 worked with young people on a variety of topics providing activities such as trainings, workshops, roundtables, art therapy sessions and debate projects for young people. SIFD built a corner with stories of violence and messages against violence. Citizens could read the stories and after reading these stories give their message against gender-based violence but also write other stories. For the girls of Lezha, in cooperation with Foundation Mard Ward Loreto, Lezha Branch, SIFD has organized the summer camp “Glow Girl Camp”, with the aim of empowering young girls.
