In Lezhë, Albania, from the 4th until the 10th of April of 2025, an amazing Youth Exchange took place, called “We Are Her”. The Youth Exchange focused on the exploration of the topic of Gender Stereotypes. The session covered a wide variety of specific topics under the main theme, like understanding the term, exploring the origins of the gender stereotypes, different types of gender stereotypes, how different stakeholders can take action to further support the termination of gender stereotypes.

The team was very dynamic and energetic, actively participating through the whole project! All the participants shared their opinions, insights, experiences and feelings, and created an atmosphere of trust, connection, and friendship.

All in all, the Youth Exchange was a valuable and precious experience to gain a better understanding on the topic of Gender Stereotypes. It graciously allowed the team to explore the topic, guided by a dedicated team of facilitators, gifting new knowledge, but also new friendships!
